Jazz, Fusion & Live Performance

Long before orchestral productions became part of my life, my musical roots were firmly established in jazz, fusion, soul and live performance.

Already in 1988 my first band Bozarte won the prestigious Rock de Cologne competition. From this band grew friendships and musical collaborations that continue to this day with exceptional musicians such as Bruno Müller, Alex Vesper, Marius Goldhammer and many others.

Throughout the following years I performed in numerous jazz, fusion and soul projects, including an extensive concert tour through Japan with singer Sandy Reed, who at that time enjoyed great success in the Japanese charts.

A particularly important chapter was the long-standing collaboration with the soul band T2C. For almost ten years we performed every Saturday at Halle Tor 2 in Cologne, sharing the stage with remarkable singers including Valery Scott, Ron Talton, Worthington Davis, Onita Boone, Norwood Young, Irvin Doomes and many others.
